DGI Property Services are well established North East builders, but you don’t have to just take our word for it, we’re so confident of our work that we wont take payment from you until your building work is completed to your satisfaction.

Because of the experience we have working as builders in the North East, we are able to carry out a wide variety of work, from loft and basement conversion, to conservatories, to office partitions and shop re-fits, to exterior walls and fascias, we have the experience to carry out any North East building work.

We also work on both domestic and commercial properties, and understand the need to work around you – obviously building in offices has to be carried out with a minimum of noise and fuss, we’ll always take this into account and carry out our building work considerately.

For domestic building in the North East we will be cautious, and take into consideration your need to live in the property at the same time, so we’ll organise our North East builder work around your schedule, so we don’t disrupt you.
